The main part of this recipe of Pani Puri is its stuffing, for this, you have to collect mashed potatoes, boiled chickpeas, salt, ready-made Pani Puri masala, and cilantro. Just mix well these ingredients properly and your Pani Puri stuffing is ready. Then for making Pani puri water, you have to decide what type of water you like, tikhapani or khatta metha pani. For tikha pani, add these ingredients into a grinder jar – water, mint leaves, ginger, black pepper, black salt, green chili, mint leaves, and after that grind it into a  smooth paste, and add freshly squeezed lemons juice in it and add salt as per your need. And for khatta methapani you need all the above-mentioned items which are used in tikha pani except lemon juice, instead of this, you need tamarind paste, jaggery, warm water, and then you have to add cumin and fennel powder into this water, after that, you have to add this tamarind jaggery water into tikha pani to make mouth-watering khatta meethapani.
